Joe Fratoni leads the coaching staff for the Carroll Hockey team. Joe has over 13 years experience coaching Youth hockey from Mites through Midgets, JV as well as Varsity ice hockey. He has been involved with the Carroll hockey program for the last 9 years.

The coaching philosophy at Carroll mirrors the high school’s efforts as a college preparatory school. Many players want to continue their career in college; learning discipline and balancing scholastics are crucial for one’s success.
